2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Access to bb8bdt is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement. bb8bdt operates a zero-tolerance policy in relation to underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

2.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

The Platform is designed primarily for players residing in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bb8bdt makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in every location. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and bb8bdt accepts no liability in that regard.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account on bb8bdt. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bb8bdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any balances pending full investigation.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, or agents of bb8bdt or any of its affiliated companies.
• Immediate family members of the above who share a household.
• Any person who has previously had an account closed by bb8bdt for breach of these terms.
• Any person acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

bb8bdt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence); proof of address dated within the last three months; proof of ownership of any payment method used on the account (e.g. a screenshot of a bKash wallet showing your registered mobile number). Failure to supply requested documents within the specified deadline may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bb8bdt will never ask you for your password by email, telephone, or live chat. You must not share your account details with any other person. Any activity that occurs within your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bb8bdt immediately by contacting [email protected]. bb8bdt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. All pending bets will be settled in the normal course before the account is closed. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following successful verification. 4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bb8bdt currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa debit card, Mastercard debit card, and accounts held with major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit; however, bb8bdt reserves the right to impose deposit limits at its discretion for compliance, risk management, or responsible gaming reasons. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. bb8bdt is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment networks.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into your account, unless otherwise approved by the compliance team.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed.
• bb8bdt reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours on business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

4.4 Currency & Exchange

All account balances, bets, and transactions on bb8bdt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to verified players who have made at least one successful deposit, unless otherwise stated.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without satisfying applicable wagering requirements.

• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploiting software errors — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may lead to account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Any bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

New players at bb8bdt may be eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum deposit threshold, a wagering requirement, and a time-based validity period as specified at the time of the offer. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method. In general: all bets are final once confirmed; odds are subject to change before confirmation; void bets will be refunded at stake; in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability and accuracy of real-time data feeds; and bb8bdt reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing or any form of corruption.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors are void.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct including the use of stolen payment details.
• Placing bets for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code or data of the Platform.

7.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the bb8bdt Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data — is the exclusive property of bb8bdt or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of bb8bdt.

7.2 Privacy & Data Protection

bb8bdt collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. bb8bdt uses your personal data to administer your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform. bb8bdt will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

8.1 Platform Availability

bb8bdt makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability at all times, including during high-traffic events such as BPL finals and T20 World Cup matches. However, bb8bdt does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance wherever reasonably practicable.

8.2 Gambling Losses

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. All wagers placed on bb8bdt are made voluntarily by the player. bb8bdt accepts no responsibility for any gambling losses sustained by any player. 9.1 Entire Agreement

9.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
